Our Why
JT Fusion Cocina was born in a cramped Oakland kitchen, where healing, hustle, and heritage turned into flavor that fed the block—and later, the whole Central Valley.
Now, we’re taking our love-fueled, justice-driven food to the streets with a mobile food cart. But we can’t do it without you.
We’ve fed survivors, mentored youth, partnered with BIPOC farms. Help us take this next step—to show our kids, our community, and the next generation that resilience tastes good!
