Cancellation Policy
To ensure the highest quality of service and fairness to all clients, please review the following policy: Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the total service fee. No-Shows: Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, pending availability. Waitlist: If a date is fully booked, clients may request to join the waitlist via email at hello@jtfusioncocina.com. 📌 Please note: all bookings require a valid card on file. Payment is not charged in advance unless specified, but no-show and late cancel fees will be processed automatically. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to serving you bold, flavorful meals—right from your kitchen.
